Elitarc offers speaking engagements and facilitated conversations for organizations, teams, and groups navigating change, pressure, and evolving expectations.
This work is grounded in lived experience supporting individuals and systems through complexity—where clarity, steadiness, and discernment matter more than performance or motivation.
These are not high-energy talks or prescriptive trainings. Instead, they are thoughtful, grounding conversations designed to help people reflect, recalibrate, and move forward with intention.
Much of my professional life has been spent inside healthcare, public health, and community systems—environments where decisions carry real consequence and capacity cannot be assumed.
That experience informs how I speak about wellness, leadership, and sustainability: with realism, not rhetoric; with care for context, not abstraction; and with respect for people carrying responsibility.
In my speaking engagements, I facilitate conversations that help audiences navigate change, offering language for experiences they recognize but haven’t always had space to name.
Audiences often describe this work as steadying.
Speaking engagements are shaped collaboratively to reflect the needs of the group, often through facilitated conversations. Common themes explored include:
- Capacity, burnout, and sustainability in real life
- Navigating change without collapse or constant striving
- Wellness that adapts to responsibility, season, and context
- Caring for self while caring for others
- Leadership, discernment, and boundaries in complex environments
Rather than delivering a fixed message, each engagement is designed to meet people where they are, ensuring a relevant and impactful experience.
Elitarc offers flexible formats depending on the setting and goals, which include keynote-style talks, facilitated conversations, small group or retreat sessions, employee or union gatherings, and leadership or professional development spaces.
These speaking engagements can be reflective, interactive, or discussion-based, allowing for effective navigation of change and serving the unique needs of the group.
Speaking engagements and facilitation may be a fit for organizations and groups that:
- Support people carrying responsibility
- Are navigating change, growth, or transition
- Desire facilitated conversations that are grounded, inclusive, and non-performative
- Value depth, reflection, and practical insight over trends
This work is particularly well suited for healthcare, education, public service, nonprofit, and people-centered organizations—but is not limited to them.
If you are interested in exploring speaking engagements or facilitated conversations, you are invited to reach out to discuss fit, context, and intention as we focus on navigating change.
Each engagement begins thoughtfully.
