The Elitarc Library

About WellPolished

Plain-language wellness education — created to help you understand your health, your choices, and what may come next.

What WellPolished Is

WellPolished is The Elitarc Library — a growing collection of wellness education written in plain language for people who want to understand what's happening in their bodies, what their options might be, and why any of it matters.

We believe that complicated wellness information doesn't have to stay complicated. WellPolished exists to translate it — without stripping away nuance, without overpromising, and without turning education into a sales pitch.

WellPolished is educational. It is not a clinical practice, a medical provider, or a substitute for individualized care. It is a place to learn.

Who Writes WellPolished

The currently published articles in WellPolished were written by Kimberlee Jennette, RN, CPTC, RYT-200, Certified Mindfulness Coach — Founder of Elitarc.

Kimberlee brings a background in nursing, transplant coordination, yoga instruction, and mindfulness coaching to the work of wellness education. Her writing is shaped by clinical experience, a commitment to plain language, and a genuine interest in helping people understand their health without being talked down to.

You can learn more about her background and perspective on the Our Founder page.

How Content Is Developed

WellPolished articles are developed through a process that may include:

  • Review of credible published sources — including peer-reviewed research, clinical guidelines, and recognized public-health guidance
  • Translation of complex wellness information into plain, accessible language
  • Contextual explanation designed to help readers understand why a topic may matter for their health and daily life
  • Source and reference links where appropriate, so readers can see where information comes from and continue learning on their own
  • Editorial review for clarity, accuracy, context, and responsible presentation

The goal is not to tell you what to do. It is to give you enough context to ask better questions — of yourself, and of the people caring for you.

Editorial Review

Some WellPolished articles carry an editorial review attribution. Editorial review is a separate step from authorship — it is intended to support:

  • Clarity — is the information presented in a way that is easy to follow?
  • Context — does the article give readers enough background to understand the topic?
  • Responsible presentation — does the article accurately reflect what the cited sources say?
  • Consistency — does the article align with WellPolished's educational standards?

Editorial review is not medical review, clinical review, or physician review. It does not constitute a clinical endorsement of any treatment, therapy, or health decision. Where an article has been editorially reviewed, that attribution is noted on the article itself.

Sources and References

Health and wellness articles in WellPolished may include sources and references so readers can see where information comes from and explore further on their own. Where sources are included, they are listed at the end of the article.

The presence of a source citation reflects that the information draws on that work — it does not mean that every statement in an article has been independently verified, or that the cited source endorses Elitarc or WellPolished.

A Note on Educational Content

WellPolished provides educational information. It is not a substitute for individualized medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information here is intended to help you understand a topic — not to replace the judgment of a licensed healthcare professional who knows your personal history and circumstances.

If you have questions about your health, symptoms, medications, or treatment options, please discuss them with an appropriate licensed healthcare provider.
